We hope you are keeping well in these difficult days and that we all come out of this period in fit shape. Towards keeping well and offering something to occupy minds, we are compiling a set of articles, quizes and the like which you are welcome to read on-screen or print. A few are ready for you to access now in our About page, under documents and more will be added over the next few days, but if you have anything you'd like to offer please contact us via or through our Contacts Page on this website. It doesn't matter if you are a members or a friend of our Society - although members will be given priority - publication of any material will be at the discretion of GCdCS 's Executive Committee (we continue to 'meet' virtually!).
