Our next public Talk is by local Chocolatier Lindsay Gardner of Spire Handmade Chocolates. Starting at 7.30pm in the Crosland Suite at Grimsby Town Hall, Lindsay will talk us through the chocolate making process with tastings along the way.
Lindsay founded Spire Handmade Cocolates in 2012 on a love of chocolate (don't we all!) and supported by the business skills gained through Prince’s Trust ‘Explore Enterprise’ programme.
"At Spire, we use premium chocolate from Belgium to create a wide range of products at our workshop in Humberston, near Grimsby. From handcrafted chocolates with our own unique fillings, to barks, bars, lollies and chocolate animals we have something for every taste and occasion."
There wil also be an opportunity to buy some products so the evening may help to tick off some of your Christmas List!
